Marination and grinding :
Dry red chili 5 (soaked in water for 30 mins)
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic 4
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken 1/2 kg
Cooking:
Sesame oil 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Onion puree 1/2 cup
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Water
Salt to taste
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
